A flute of French Bloom’s 0.0% bubbly in hand paired with culinary delights, soft live piano notes, floral meadows and an unobstructed view of the New York City skyline were the perfect set-up for a memorable gathering. Last month’s launch of the organic and alcohol-free sparkling wine brand French Bloom, in the USA, was a unique opportunity for guests to discover the prestigious French Sparkling house. Chefs, artists, entrepreneurs, and journalists conversed over the organic non-alcoholic cuvées and special food pairings, with French Bloom co-founders Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Constance Jablonski. From renowned chefs Tara Thomas, Noot Seear and Stephanie Naas to journalists Brianna Lance, Andrea Aliseda, T. Cole Rachel, creatives such as Carolina Herrera designer Wes Gordon and Paul Arnhold, entrepreneurs Mirte Maas and Elizabeth Gascoigne, and many others; all came together for an afternoon of celebration and conviviality. Non-alcoholic Le Rosé and Le Blanc, with their floral and fruity notes, charmed the guests, who were delighted to discover a taste and elevated flavor- architecture as rich and complex as those of a traditional sparkling wines.

After successful launches in more than 18 countries, French Bloom is now present in the home country of co-founder Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger.
