Winter Garden: French Bloom opens its pop-up space at the Galeries Lafayette Wellness Galerie

French Bloom was born from the desire to adopt a conscious, different, and inclusive lifestyle. Its association with La Wellness Galerie is therefore an obvious choice. In this new 3,000 square meter space dedicated to well-being, the French Bloom Winter Garden offers a truly new experience. For several months, visitors will be able to discover all the know-how and benefits of French Bloom's non-alcoholic sparkling wines in an intensely floral setting. Its gourmet experience counter will allow the most curious to discover the two organic and alcohol-free Cuvées of Le Blanc and Le Rosé sparkling wines, without moderation. Low in calories, a flute of French Bloom is 5 times less than a flute of wine.

Sharing values of conviviality, excellence and balance, French Bloom has partnered with chefs Yannick Alléno & Aurélien Rivoire throughout the pop-up to offer a sensorial journey inspired by the sweet flavors of the holidays. Ten times less sweet than traditional chocolates, Alléno & Rivoire's bite-sized chocolate treats are a new way of thinking about gourmet food with a modern vision of taste. The French Bloom collection can be enjoyed at the Jardin d'Hiver counter with the chocolate house's creations:• French Bloom Blanc will be perfectly paired with the mendiant hazelnut chips and milk chocolate with notes of vanilla and malt.• - French Bloom will be associated with the mendiant raw almonds and dark chocolate to discover all the power of bitter notes with woody accents and roasted dried fruits.
