Chef Jimmy Ophorst from One Michelin-Star restaurant, Prue in Thailand, celebrated for its Michelin Green star in sustainability, prepared a main course consisting of Lamb Neck, Shrimp Paste and Eggplant.
The Dessert course- prepared by Chef Cheryl Koh of Three-Michelin Star restaurant Les Amis in Singapore, included her signature Dark Chocolate Tart with Coffee Ice Cream.
This extraordinary gastronomic journey was accompaied by flutes of organic and alcohol-free sparkling wines Le Blanc and Le Rosé. French Bloom, having been selected by the Michelin Guide as its exclusive partner, due to its high quality French wines which pair perfectly with high-end gastronomy. A French Bloom bar with a growing garden was planted to ensure that guests could fully celebrate the event, with a flute to toast to the winners!
