French Bloom is not a champagne, as that name is legally reserved for sparkling wine made in the Champagne region of France with alcohol. French Bloom is an alcohol free sparkling wine, made from organic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, offering the same celebratory experience for any special occasion, without the alcohol.

Every French Bloom cuvée is entirely alcohol free (0.0% ABV). We start from organic grapes, ferment them, then gently remove the alcohol so the aromas of a fine sparkling wine remain intact: none of the alcohol, all of the elegance.

French Bloom starts as a traditionally fermented organic wine, in the style of a blanc de blanc. The alcohol is then gently removed through a dealcoholization process that preserves the wine's aromatic complexity and fine bubbles, resulting in an alcohol-removed sparkling wine with 0.0% ABV.

Yes. French Bloom is made from certified organic grapes and contains no animal-derived ingredients, making every bottle vegan-friendly.

French Bloom contains no added sugars. Its natural sweetness comes solely from the grapes themselves, resulting in a lighter, more refined alcohol free sparkling wine.
