All of sparkling wines are made in France. Our organic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are carefully grown in Limoux, a winemaking region in the South of France. Limoux is the birthplace of sparkling wine, and is a region that was producing sparkling wine almost 100 years before Champagne.

Designed in harmony with nature, our non-alcoholic sparkling wines retain only the essentials. All of French Bloom's wines are made from a base of Chardonnay Wines which are delalcoholized to 0.0% alcohol content.
From harvest to bottling, our non-alcoholic French Sparkling wines are the result of a precise blend of dealcoholized organic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines, and in Le Rosé and Le Blanc, natural ingredients such as lemon. L’Extra Brut and La Cuvée Vintage incorporates organic Chardonnay wines which have been aged in barrels to add depth and character.In order to respect the integrity of the flavors and to offer the healthiest sparkling wine possible, our organic wines undergo a manual dealcoholization process that results in an alcohol content of 0.0%.The addition of fine bubbles to our alcohol-free wines are added gently at the end. We pride ourselves on never adding sulfites, sugars, preservatives or anything artificial.

French Bloom is shelf-stable prior to opening. Once popped, to best preserve your bottle of French Bloom, store it in the refrigerator with an airtight cap like those used for sparkling wines.The airtight cap allows you to maintain the precious bubbles as well as the integrity of the flavors of your cuvée for up to 4-5 days.

French Bloom works with certified organic wines from the finest vineyards in the Languedoc. Its organic cuvées blend two French grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Organic Chardonnay, present in every blend, is the House's signature grape. The varieties used in each vintage are detailed on the corresponding product page.

Dealcoholized wine is wine that has been crafted using traditional winemaking methods, before having its alcohol gently removed, typically through processes like vacuum distillation or reverse osmosis. Unlike grape juice or a wine-flavored drink, it starts as real wine with the same grapes, fermentation, and aromatic complexity before the alcohol is carefully extracted at low temperatures to preserve its flavor, aroma, and character. The result is a beverage that looks, smells, and tastes like wine, but contains 0% alcohol.
More than 4 years of research and development and several technical innovations were necessary to achieve the balance and aromatic complexity of the French Bloom collection of non-alcoholic sparkling wines.
